We were recently contacted by Panda Sweets and asked if we would like to do a review on their Pick n Mix sweet box… erm yes please! I don’t have a sweet tooth for chocolate or desserts but pick n mix random sweets are my absolute favourite. Add in that we were scheduling a movie night for when the girls came back from their dads and I knew the timing was perfect!
Panda Sweets have a wide variety of options to choose from including hampers, gifts and individual packets of sweets from 100g to large Victorian sweet jars.
The Panda Sweets pick n mix boxes are perfect for families or parties as they hold a whopping 1kg of sweets. Packed full of jelly, chewy, fizzy, chocolate and marshmallow sweets this really is a box for the whole family.
When the postie came with the box I forgot what was arriving and was a little surprised at the weight. The bag inside the box was sealed which I was pleasantly surprised to see as I had for some reason thought it would all come loose! When the bag was split and emptied into the box it more than half filled it which was great, could down size on the packaging but I think you could possibly fit 2 bags in which is what I would order for a party etc but ask for just the one box. As it was the space in the box provided ample room for the girls to move the candies around and find the ones they wanted.
Our favourites are the fizzy sweets and there was a lot of them in our pack! Amelia loved the marshmallows as these ones were covered in sugar and very crunchy but fluffy – a bit like Peeps!
As we settled down to watch Frozen 2 the kids all dove into the box and picked their favourites, there was more than enough for them to have a selection of each sweet and yet it still looks like the box has been untouched! I can see this lasting a long time!
