We received our next game from PlayTime PR as part of the Blogger board game club and it was Jungle Speed. A game of quick movements and being faster than your opponents!
Jungle Speed is a quick moving game for between 2 and 10 players, easy to set up and simple to start play from the moment you open the box and deal the cards. Each player flips over a card from the top of their deck and if the symbol matches another player you make a grab for the totem.
The loser takes the winners cards but be careful because if you grab the totem at the wrong time you take everyones face up cards!
It took a little bit of concentration for the girls to get to grips with it and it really is a game where, if you are playing with little ones, you need to give them the heads up on when to grab which kind of defeats the object. Ethan was great at this as he has lightening reactions, much to the girls annoyance!
I think it would be a great game if you have had a drink or with a group of friends but with kids it just doesn’t really work.
This isn’t my favourite game and I’m really not that keen on playing it but we have used the cards to play our favourite game of pairs, where you lay them out on the floor and turn 2 cards over a time to try and get pairs of matching cards.
Recommended age is 7+ which i think is about right. rrp: £23.99
We were sent the game as part of the blogger board game club, all views and opinions are our own and genuine.
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
