Week three and things are going smoothly, I feel like I have settled into a routine now and I am actually wondering what will happen when I stop taking the Slimboime sachets!
Another 2lb weight loss this week so slow and steady wins the race, to be honest I am more concerned with the inch loss than the weight at the moment. Having had a whole week of walking to and from home 4 times a day means that I can see a little difference in my legs, more than anywhere else. (why do you never notice the marks on a mirror until you take photos! UGH!)
I am working with Pink Clove too which has given me a huge boost of confidence. The fact a company approached me to review the items means a whole lot to me right now, it gives me the feeling someone can see something in me that maybe I have overlooked for a long time. I am starting to be comfortable in my skin.
Food this week has been a little random as some days I have been out and about and grabbed a baguette sandwich or toastie… other days I have cooked from scratch and loved every minute. Its about finding a balance and not depriving myself as that’s when its going to feel like a diet and that’s not what this is.
Overall this week has been a good one, finding a medium ground between eating anything and everything and a bit of self care. I spent some time looking after myself which felt good. Took time out to get my nails done for the first time in two months, treat myself to a new dress and found the most amazing salt lamp which helps with meditation etc too.
A little tracker for myself:
Measurements 42, 34, 45
Weight 13st 2lb
I am working with Holland & Barrett on a paid trial of Slimbiome, all views and opinions are my own and genuine.
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
