Wow I can’t believe we are on to week 4 already of the #LittleLoves series – more to the point I can’t believe I have stuck with it and that I am still taking part. On time. Each week. Yay me!
This week has been a full one yet again, we have done lots, been everywhere and I have baked up a storm yet again (my waist can vouch for that!)
This week I haven’t had a chance to read any books lately but have been devouring the new issues of Good Food and also Slimming World meal planning websites. I am going to try and work out our meal plan for the next week incorporating SW meals as much as possible, we really need to do something and this is the only way I have lost weight in the past so its got to be worth a try!
OH MY!!
I found a new series on Amazon Prime – Animal Kingdom…and its certainly not about the jungle or fluffy animals! Its about some rather hunky men who do bad things but do it looking all hunky and attractive! (Can you tell not much other than their looks and beards found there way into my overcrowded memory!) 😉 Go watch it now and see what I mean…by all means come back and tell me what its about…if you can! lol
I heard back from a PR company that I will be in London during the first week of March for a baking competition which is very exciting and I also heard from a lovely friend who has invited me to stay over for a night to review a break!
Having just booked an Ibiza blow out session with hair and make up and also another couple of nights out for me and hubby reviewing foodie venues and then finding out we are going to see LeAnn Rimes in February, I can safely say my emails are going berserk and I am doing happy dances daily!
This past week I have perfected Brownies, mainly cherry and cream egg ones (not together!) and also a giant cherry bundt cake.
I have also been helping my lovely friend Katrina make the invitations for her wedding in November, all I can say is *snowflakes* – they are beautiful and I am honored to be able to help.
Last night saw me and hubby head out for our first date night in a while when we visited Chaophraya in Newcastle. Having not long opened and heard mixed reports we were a little apprehensive but needn’t have worried … It. Was. Amazing. Review to follow but here’s a sneak! Anyways back to what I should have been talking about and that was what I wore!
I visited the Metrocenter on Wednesday and managed to pick up a couple of pieces from Primark, a shift dress with belt and fleece lined footless tights were the call of the day and they were very comfortable too (I guess I am now a size 18 too since they were a perfect fit!) Goodbye 16…hello cake! (please see read, I am going to try and shift sizes back to a comfortable 14!)
Evie finally lost her wobbly front tooth, seriously these 2 loose teeth have been a major pain the past few weeks! The front two have resorted to pointing straight out as her others have come in underneath and behind her baby teeth yet the dentist thought it best to leave them to fall out themselves! She really does not know that this child hangs on to EVERYTHING!
Anyway, her boisterous brothers throwing her around knocked one tooth out so we only have one to go! Do i encourage a bout of wrestling tonight?! lol
AS always I have linked up with #LittleLoves on the Coffee, Work, Sleep blog – pop over and share some love!
Vacations are back, and if you have a destination spot, like Disney, it may be time to consider a Disney Timeshare for your vacation accommodations. First take a look at timeshare resales, as they offer a great price and an affordable entry point into the timeshare marketplace.
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
Looks like a good week! I’ve never seen Animal Kingdom, I think it’s time to change it! And I really need brownie now!
You’ve sold me on Animal Kingdom. Who cares what it is about
Omg can I just say those brownies really do look stunning.. perfection is dead right
