We all have visions of what our ideal homes would look like, I am sure I even have drawings somewhere of how I wanted each of my rooms to look when I first moved here. However, like everything our tastes change and I finally feel as though I am finding myself and my style.
Decorating is personal taste, whether you want paint or paper, shutters or blinds, carpet or wood floor. Choices are endless and I have finally realised that spending a little more time and money on home furnishings and decor makes so much sense in the long run. The pieces I have invested in are things I adore even years later, you have to look at these items day in day out so doesn’t it make sense to take time choosing something you will love!
One area I think is important is window dressings, people looking into your home see what you choose, its usually the first thing people notice when visiting and to be honest it is probably one of the largest surface areas in each room!

Couture Living also offer a measure, make and fit service which entails a team member coming to the customer’s home, measuring the window, making the curtains or blinds in their UK-based workshop and then returning to fit them.
