Wow week 5 already and I am joined this week by Mimi Rose and Me, pop on over to read this fabulous lifestyle and beauty blog by the lovely Kelly-Anne.
Personally I am off to go try some of those fabulous peanut butter cookies and I love how healthy the koftas look too – definitely Slimming World friendly!
Hi, my name is Kelly-Anne and I am a wife and mother of one, my little lady Mimi. We have set up our forever home in the beautiful countryside of Norfolk. I first launched my family lifestyle and beauty blog Mimi Rose and Me as a way to keep my brain from turning to complete mush whilst on maternity leave. However becoming a mother has changed my life and along with the blog my life is more fulfilling than I ever imagined. I hope to continue this new love for blogging whilst being the best wife and mother I can be.
Yes, I love baking. Ever since I can remember I have always been in the kitchen creating something, normally sweet and indulgent. As a hobby I enjoy decorating cakes too.
Depending on what I fancied, something sweet I’m sure. I would try and bake one of my favourite recipes Salted Caramel Drip Cake with Caramel. Peanut Butter Cookies, or Blueberry Muffins.
For a weekend away I would definitely take my Sabatier knife, as it’s something I use everyday and I have never come across any knife like it. A kitchen aid or hand whisk to ensure I can whip up a batch of cookies or cake quickly. Lastly, I would take my multi timer to make sure I get perfect bakes every time.
Turkey Koftas. All you need is a little preparation and that’s exactly why I want to share this little recipe. We all enjoyed them. What makes these turkey koftas even better is that a single portion of these are around 230 calories, and they go perfectly with a salad and potatoes.
Something sweet? Banana Bread! Whenever we have over ripe bananas this is what I always like to make. It’s so easy and goes great with a cup of tea.
Yes, plenty. Flat pancakes because I forget to add ingredients in. Massive gingerbread men because I under estimate cooking time and we ended up with one gigantic gingerbread man.
Without a doubt Jamie Oliver.

For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
