Having lost over 2 and a half stone over the past 4 months I am in dire need for new clothes so when I had the opportunity to work with Weird Fish to create my winter wish list I jumped at the chance.
With the weather taking a turn for the worse I knew a waterproof coat would be top of the list. There is currently an offer of 30% off coats and jackets too so timing couldn’t be better to splash out on something that is going to last through the season! There was an image on the website that made me consider a jacket that I wouldn’t normally choose – at the moment every blogger under the sun is coveting a yellow mac and I was all set to follow suit until I saw this gorgeous green.

The Avesta jacket is packed full of technical features including:
I ordered a size 14 and the fit is generous, having always been plus size I figured it might be a little tight but I was delighted that I could fit a jumper underneath and still do up the zipper, with plenty of wiggle room inside too!

Of course I needed something to keep me snugly warm on the school run with my new coat so the Suna Jacquard Snood, which is in the above image too, was an obvious choice. I love the fact that the colour is pumpkin too, what better colour for the season! Being a snood means that it is one long continuous loop instead of a length of material. It loops around the neck twice and gives a gorgeous chunky look, so warm and cosy!
I am a barefoot girl so more often than not I don’t wear slippers and never wear socks. The only time I tend to is during winter if I am wearing boots. Knowing I would be in jeans and boots I opted for a 2 pack of really fluffy socks, they are a great calf length too which makes them a great length for use with the boots. I do have to admit though these are so comfortable that I have taken to wearing them on a night too especially after getting in from the school run when everything is just so cold!

With a wishlist as long as my arm I will most definitely be shopping the sale they are having at the moment and hoping for some Weird Fish goodies under my Christmas tree.
XOXO
Debbie
