Having previously worked with Manifestation Pulse on reviews of their products I jumped at the chance to sample their new Self love workbook bundle which includes a self love planner, self love workbook, also self esteem and self love worksheets.
In a time when it feels like everything is against us and we are working hard just trying to get through each day, we need to take time to remember that we matter. Take time for you, pour a drink, light a candle and lets start.
In a time when we all need to focus a little more on ourselves, I think something like this is an ideal way to channel that attention. I often find when I sit down to meditate or just chill, the kids need something. They think I need to be ‘doing’ 24/7. With this workbook they get the message that I am working on something and leave me alone – yes I am working, on me! The better I am, the better mum I can be so its a win win situation.
The self love bundle is available to buy and download on Etsy. You can print it out and work from it like you would a regular book or you can journal into a notebook following the prompts on screen.
The bundle starts with a page that is labelled as From Break Up To Break Through. Don’t read this as though its a healing heart journey. It is about breaking up with the past you to form a better you going forward. I haven’t been through a break up for a long time thankfully. I still found so much of this was worth reading. It gives the stepping stones to start from the basics of loving yourself!
Working through 5 stages, purge, understand, liberate, strength and elevate you will have to be honest with yourself throughout. There will be some work to do, routines and worksheets etc. Do have a pen and paper ready. It is worth reading it all through once so you can have things on hand you think you may need. I am a huge lover of manifestation etc so I had candles and a scene set where I knew I would be relaxed. The workbooks take you through getting into a place where you will be settled and ready to face reality.
Without giving too much away, I find that I am referring back to sections of the book. Especially when I need to feel peace or recap that it is ok to take some time for me. It will either give you a foundation to work from or affirm what you already know. You are worth it! All of it!
I was gifted this workbook for the purpose of a review. All views and opinions are my own and genuine.
