Our feet have hardly touched the floor this week, what with eating out, setting up new play equipment and trying to keep ahead of the game with organising things ready for summer holidays!
We won some vouchers so bought the girls a pink 6ft trampoline and also a sand and water play pit. I showed Amelia how to play with the water spouts and she was really enthusiastic, maybe a little to much considering I popped to the toilet and came back to find her sitting in the water soaked head to toe! She’s enthusiastic I will give her that!
The boys collect football stickers and I remember being younger and loving all the Panini albums, having to go to the newsagents to buy a pack at a time and see how many swaps we ended up with. When I saw these Tsum Tsum ones I knew I (cough) the girls would love them….honest! They are so cute, in each pack is a holographic one, a fabric one, a glittery one and 2 plain stickers. Evie loves them and we have so far only found one store that sells the packs.
We met mum for lunch in Durham one day and visited Bells, the notoriously fabulous fish and chip shop of Durham and surrounding area. Look at the size of that whale and chips! I shared with Amelia …. she didn’t eat much but it was the sharing that counts!
Amelia went on a playdate with Penny this week and loved it, thankfully the weather has been fabulous so we have had some lovely time outdoors! It wears her out a little and they get on amazingly, its so lovely to see how they get one together and have such a bond too. They sat today in the back of the car talking in their own little way and giggling now and again!
Primark have some amazing clothing in right now for the kids and I am obsessed with the 2 way sequin t-shirts! How cute is this, I may even wear out the sequins before Evie gets to wear it!
I have so many blog posts to catch up on that I am going to lock myself away on Sunday and have a complete blogfest!
