Living Arrows before it’s is about celebrating childhood. The project originally took it’s name from a poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” As always I am linking up with What the redhead said for this series.
Each week I will share one possibly two pictures of something that has happened during the past week, something that makes me smile and showcases what the girls have been up to.
Having just moved home this past weekend we go to go visit Ben, Lauren and Milo and spend some time with them while Daddy and Ben moved the larger items. I came back into the room from helping to move some bits and found Amelia sitting with one of the bearded dragons on her knee! I am not sure from the picture if she was scared stiff or actually liked it, she wouldn’t really touch it so just sat there with it perched on her legs! lol
To be honest they are a lot nicer than I imaged from viewing them in the vivarium, I thought they would be like lizards with flicking tongues and quite fast but they are really placid and love the warmth so enjoyed cuddles! Evie wouldn’t even touch one so I really hope that Amelia keeps this sense of trying new things!

Debbie
Wow, she’s braver than me! And from the smile on her face I’d say she’s loving it.
