Since becoming a mum I tend to worry about things… A LOT of things!

One of those issues being gas safety and of course carbon monoxide poisoning. Its very seldom heard about now in the news thanks to home checks and simple DIY kits you can keep around the house to notify you of changes in the air. With carbon monoxide being odourless and colourless you wont know its there until its too late unless you have a detector in your home.
A couple of other gas safety tips to keep your home accident free are to always make sure you use a Corgi registered engineer to install or remove any gas appliances. Always supervise children if they are using hob tops that are gas supplied, it is so important that children learn how to use cooking equipment properly and with care too.
FloGas provide gas for homes all around the UK and are creating an e-book all about gas safety in the home which will be up on their site and social media outlets. A quote from myself will be included and I will be sharing it as soon as its becomes available for download!
Stay Safe
