I think everyone has a certain fashion style, whether you prefer to wear jeans and shirts or leggings and dresses. You always tend to veer toward what you are comfortable in for day to day wear. The majority of the time I am more at home in my leggings and dresses but know I need to give myself a shake now and again to get out of a rut.
I was recently asked to work with Pink Clove on a review of some plus size pieces and thought it would be the ideal opportunity to try something casual but a little more out of my comfort zone. I opted for black denim skinny jeans, a low back jumper which shows a little more skin than I am use to and a pair of black western style ankle boots that would work well with a number of outfits.

I found the jeans are a great staple piece which will be worn time and time again, they are jet black so great for dressing up with a shirt or blouse for night out but also great to pop on with a t-shirt for a general day look. The jumper was warm and cosy with a hint of sexiness due to the low back, which incidentally was perfect for showing off my tattoo!
The western style boots have a block heal so comfortable enough to wear throughout the day with either jeans or leggings (I have since worn them with leggings and a dress, the look was great as the style of boots add a little more detail than plain ones).
Overall I am really impressed with Pink Clove and would most definitely be purchasing from them again. They currently have up to 80% off store wide so perfect for picking up some bits to refresh a tired wardrobe!
