If your home (or your head) has felt a little heavy lately, this one’s for you.
Today’s spell jar is a simple cleanse jar — made to help you clear out stale energy and invite calm back in. It’s beginner-friendly, cosy, and practical… the kind of magic you can do in real life, in a real home, without needing a whole apothecary.
As always, this is ethical, supportive magic. Nothing controlling. Nothing manipulative. Just intention + symbolism + a small ritual that helps you reset.

This jar is for:
Think of it as a little energetic reset button you can keep on a shelf.
Here’s the exact ingredient list from today’s Spell Jar Series (1/12):
Pick whatever feels right for you. You can:
No perfection needed — just a moment of “this is a fresh container for a fresh intention.”
Add a layer of salt first. As you do, you can say (quietly or out loud):
“I cleanse this space. I protect this home.”
Now build your jar slowly, ingredient by ingredient:
Tip: If you like the jar to look pretty (same), add the ingredients in a way that creates visible layers. It makes the jar feel more “alive” every time you spot it.
Tuck in amethyst last, like an anchor.
Hold the jar for a moment and imagine the energy in your space settling — like dust falling after you’ve opened the windows.
Seal your jar (lid/cork), then — if you like — seal with wax.
Now take a slow breath and speak your intention:
“Only peace may stay. Anything heavy fades away.”
If you want to add a tiny extra step, write that intention on a slip of paper, fold it towards you (to draw in calm), and pop it into the jar before sealing.
Some good spots:
The best place is simply the place you’ll actually notice it.
This is the easy part.
Once a day (or whenever things feel off), do one of these:
Small, consistent moments work better than big complicated rituals you never repeat.
There’s no strict rule — go with what feels supportive.
A few cosy options:
When you’re ready to refresh:
This kind of magic is here to support your wellbeing and your mindset — it’s not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you’re going through a really heavy season, you deserve support on all levels.
