Evie would love to be a vet when she leaves school so adores anything to do with animals and pets.
We were kindly sent a selection of the new Vet Squad toys from Vivid Toys & Games and we knew straight away they would be a huge success. There are lots of girl figures which was amazing as a lot of professionals in toy sets are male. Great to see some positive female professional figures.
The Forest rescue set contained a 4×4 and baby elephant who has an injury to his ear. The animals included in the sets all have something that the vet needs to make better. Each of the toys are great for little hands and although there are a lot of small parts there is a lot of attention to detail.
The helicopter comes with a winch and sling so that you can carry the horse to safety and each set contains buckets and sponges to aid in making the animals better.
The girls loved taking the animals into the bath with them too as the injuries show up until ‘healed’ with water. There are even bandages and plasters to complete the healing process.
We love role play toys and this has only encouraged Evie more to become a vet when she is older. These are available at all good toy stores and would make an ideal gift for Christmas!
