I was gifted a journal of 100 Days of Healing from the team over at Manifestation Pulse. Having worked with them numerous times in the past, I knew that what I was going to take on would be both rewarding and beneficial to moving forward. Even though I haven’t been through a tough break up in a long time. I found that I could focus my journaling on moving past things that hold me in the past.
