Who Are Trade To Aid
The mission of Trade to Aid is to end period poverty and alleviate period poverty around the globe.
No child missing school because of their period.
No woman missing work because of their period.
No girls or women banished to separate huts or outhouses when on their period.
Alleviating the taboo of periods and myths surrounding period products.
Providing menstrual hygiene education.
Providing education for men and women to better understand what periods are and why they happen.
Facilitating easy, low-cost access to sustainable period products.
Emergency Kits for Refugees
We provide women and girls in refugee camps with sanitary products to support them on their periods.

With each pack of pads you purchase from Trade To Aid, they will give a free pack to someone in need in a refugee camp. So not only are you helping the environment with reusable products, you are helping another woman through what would be a tough time in their lives.
We have the luxury of popping to the shops to buy plastic packed tampons and sanitary pads but that doesn’t mean you should. Since there are shortly going to be two of us in the household with monthly periods I thought now might be a good time to introduce the girls to reusable pads. Start them off the right way and hopefully it will become a habit that stays with them.

Trade to Aid sent us one of their packs which includes two light pads, two medium pads, two heavy pads and a waterproof wet bag. Priced at just £29.97 this set will last years compared to single use plastics.
