We love doing crafts in our home, any kinds of crafts appeal to the girls and I love that they seem to have inherited my love of making things! When we were contacted by the Weekend Box Club to review one of their carefully put together kits we just had to give it a go!
Inside each box is something to make, bake, explore and more. These are all presented in little coloured envelopes that contain everything you need for each project. Each envelope is allocated to a member of the gang, Wooster – who loves being creative in the kitchen, Hattie – who loves being out and about in the garden, Sammy – who just loves being creative and Oswald – who loves nothing better than reading a good book.
A survey by Weekend Box Club discovered that more than 88% of parents have less than 10 hours a week to spend with their children so each box is put together to ensure that the time parents and children spend together are quality.
Inside our box we discovered we had to create a baby dino hatching out of an egg and a crazy toothed dino who opened and closed his jaw thanks to a clothes peg.
In our kitchen pack was all the ingredients to make dino egg nests, we love making these anyway so the girls knew just what to do and really enjoyed having all of the goodies together in a mini baking kit!
Our baby dino hatching from his egg was our favourite project and the girls loved the addition of the pompoms, Evie traced and cut out the egg shells and I drew the cracks onto the egg for her. Everything else she did herself, from using the split pin to create the hinge to making the dinosaurs spikes.
We were very impressed with the quality and contents of the Weekend Box Club and will certainly be using them again in the future.

For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
