The beginning of this year has been tough, I spent the whole of February looking after everyone else and completely neglecting myself. This has resulted in weight gain, skin breakouts and the need to hit the anxiety meds I had managed to wean myself off. As March hit I decided enough was enough and feel the need to concentrate on myself for a while.

I adore scented lotions etc, I really do feel well and truly pampered when I have used a good massage oil as the scents can be very evocative. You really don’t need anyone else to apply the oils either as long as you know how to do it right, or you could even just use them as body lotions, working it into the skin a little longer. I always feel better when I have a little colour and love nothing more than being out in the sun (yes I know!) however I am well aware of the dangers send to use self tan most of the year round. Most self tan bronzers develop over hours meaning that you don’t find streaks etc until its too late, this bronzer is instant so I am looking forward to having even coverage straight away!
