I have a serious addiction to candle wax and most recently have been using wax melts more and more due to the fact they last an awful lot longer than candles yet cost a fraction of the price. After discovering Pick n Melt on Twitter I was delighted to be asked to review their range of wax melts including a selection of Christmas melts, my favourites being the Frankincense & Myrrh and Mistletoe & Wine!
Included in the review pack was a beautiful burner adorned with the company name, this is a lot more sturdy than any other burner I have and such great quality that I don’t have to worry about the kids or cats knocking it over! The wax melts were presented in an adorable little striped bag that looks just like the Pick n Mix sweets use to come in from old fashioned sweet shops! Too cute!

The scents fill the room and I was delighted to be able to still smell the melts long after the tealight had gone out, hubby was working in the office upstairs and even came down to ask what I was doing as he could smell the Frankincense and Myrrh one. This one has a delightful aftershave type scent which is less common than all of the cinnamon and berry ones this time of year so makes a refreshing change!
