I don’t think I am the only one!
Everywhere you look there seems to be a huge trend for home ware and decorations with letters emblazoned across. The minimalist look is big right now and I think it brings a huge personal touch to home decor so I am all for it! This is one trend that is here to stay. I picked up one of the letter D candles from Asda with the food shopping last week and at only £2 it makes a statement without breaking the bank!
How cute did my bath look last night?!
Available at Next are candles, scented room reeds, cushions and mugs. As well as metal hooks, frames monogram pictures and fabric cubes. Mainly in monochromatic black and white.
Asda have a fabulous array of alphabets including the usual cushions and candles. They also have fabulous range of metalic freestanding letters, throws and stunning lights which would look fabulous as a bedroom lamp or as a modern twist on the living room light! I think these would look fabulous spelling out a childs name in their own room – why did I pick EVANGELINE!! At £30 a piece that would work out very expensive!
Matalan have a few pieces including cushions and hanging letters but what impressed me most was their range of mugs and cups. They start at £2 and come in lots of different fonts and styles! How impressed would guests be if you offered them their favourite brew in their own personalised cups! Their LED light up letters are amazing and only £15 each (33cm too so a good size) – these could look fabulous on a dressing table or in a kitchen spelling out BAKE or HOME!
Have you given in to this trend yet and what do you think might be the next big thing in home decor?
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
