This was supposed to be my final week with Slimbiome and Holland & Barrett but I was asked if I would like to continue on for a further 8 weeks. I will be carrying on but not doing the weekly reports as such, I may update now and again with how I am going but contractually I only have to submit an after shot of how I have changed.
This week has seen me back on the healthy food train, trying out recipes and doing a mammoth healthy fruit and veg shop at the beginning of the week. Having healthy food to hand makes things so much easier, grabbing a Go Ahead bar instead of a packet of crisps etc…

I am even adding a little more spice into my food too, normally I am a bland or creamy sauce person but lately I need something with a kick and finding it keeps me fuller longer, maybe its the amount of water I am drinking with it!

Another thing that has changed is that I am not siting during the day watching so much tv or nibbling on snacks etc. This has freed up time for the to really make some changes around the house, I am pottering around and making it so much more cosy. This is making me feel more comfortable in my environment and giving me a sense of freedom too. Things are looking more how I want them and this in turn is giving me the confidence to know that I am on the right path.

My sleep pattern is better too, more solid hours than ever without tossing and turning. As I have been taking the sachets for 4 weeks I really feel in that time things have turned around, I am so much more positive and relaxed about everything.
