LAA (lipbalm addicts anonymous) I have a confession!
So, I won a competition and scored a gift card and …erm… bought more lip balm! Phew! And now that my confession is done I guess I should tell you what I think of it!
I had never actually heard of Lottie London until I came across it on the Superdrug website while looking to spend my Highstreet voucher prize! How cute are these little bubble lipbalms! There are 3 flavours available, Cherry Pie, Strawberry Shortcake and Caramel Apple. The strawberry was out of stock so I popped the other two in my basket and opted for a very aptly named Blogger Babe – well I couldn’t say no really could I!
The lipbalms smell like balms I used when I was younger, that sweet smell that makes you want to lick it all off. They do actually smell how they are suppose to – you can imagine a warm caramel apple pie and deliciously sweet but tart cherry pie! They glide on and leave the slightest sheen but didn’t really do much else I’m afraid. No longevity and no softening here – maybe I need to use them for longer but alas the joys of a 5 year old – Evie has taken them and wont give them back so obviously they have gone to a good home and will be well used!
The nail varnish takes a good few coats to get a decent coverage as it is quite thin. It does leave a lovely colour and didn’t chip at all even though I did dishes and housework etc for at least 3 or 4 days before I removed it. Such a pretty girlie colour too and lots more in the range including make up brushes and tools. Well worth checking them out if not just for the fact that they are super cute!
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
