A couple of days late this week but we have been super busy this weekend! My living arrows pics this week are maybe not the clearest or the best pictures I’ve taken but they are special ones of right now and that’s what this project is all about for us, documenting the little things alongside the big events!
Talking of big events first though yesterday was Jakes birthday and he turned TEEN! I can’t believe I first scoured the internet looking for how to make his birth announcement cards and got into blogging and scrapbooking etc – wow it feels a lifetime a go! This may be one of the only pics I get as he is now turning moody hormonal teenager and hides from the camera as soon as its is produced! Happy Birthday Son!

This week Amelia actually looked like she HADN’T been dragged through a hedge (seriously she is the messiest kid I have ever known, I’m talking about remembering back to when you were little and there would always be one kid you would see in the streets looking like they had playing in the coal bunker, black up the eyes, one sock on and snot wiped across their face – that’s our Amelia!) She can be sitting in the middle of the floor with nothing around her, you turn your back for a second, look back and its like a different child has taken her place WTF?!?
I just wish she would keep the bobbles in her hair for longer than 3 seconds as she does look very cute! lol (These were out as soon as she got out of shot of the camera, then she dribbled chocolate down her top too so yeah gotta love our little messy miss!)
Yesterday we popped into Durham for a Claires Shopkins swap meet and treasure hunt! Evie got to colour in, hunt down the little I AM A ….. cards that were placed in shop windows and nab herself a goodie bag of sweets. She is totally obsessed with Shopkins right now so couldn’t be happier!
XOXO

Ohh your children are gorgeous! I love Amelia’s little pigtails, she reminds me of my niece who doesn’t keep them in for longer than 2 minutes! Still – just enough times to grab a photo!

Aww, she does look very cute! It’s a shame when they don’t keep the hair ties on for longer than a few minutes. 🙂
Happy Birthday to your son. Your little one looks absolutely gorgeous

Wow, happy birthday to your son, how does it feel to be a mum to a teenager? I’m still so new to Shopkins, keep hearing it but my two haven’t got into them yet. Thanks for sharing 🙂
