How do you wear your hair? It’s estimated that the average woman will change her hair upwards of 150 times throughout the course of her lifetime. According to some newly reported trends, you might want to get your scissors ready.
Whether you’re looking to change your look for the new year or stay on-trend with the best of the best, here are some of the top hair trends expected to dominate in 2019.
The picturesque bob of 2018 is expected to continue in the new year. But while blunt bobs led the charge in 2018, we can expect a softer sister to take its place in the coming months.
Celebrity hairstylist Clayton Hawkins says the rounded bob will blow us away.
“Unlike the A-line bobs or blunt bobs we’ve seen a lot over the past few years, this version is softer and more feminine,” he claims.
Bangs are also expected to make a comeback. Unlike the choppy, edgy bangs we’ve seen throughout the last decade, wispy curtain bangs are expected to extend the feminine style offered by the rounded bob.
The long bob is also expected to trend throughout the year, but face-framing cuts are right on its heels.
These bi-level cuts are reminiscent of the ’70s, but they actually look pretty good without the bell-bottom jeans and disco lights.
“There is an element to haircuts now that we haven’t seen in a while involving bi-level perimeters and a stronger shape cut around the face, hinting toward shapes reminiscent of the ’70s and earlier periods,” says professional artist for L’Oreal, Drew Schaefering.
This creates a bold, strong look fit for women in power. Think of the elegance of Kate Middleton when you opt for this longer look.

If you want your beautiful hair color to last even longer, wash your hair less, use a heat protector when using hot tools, and avoid swimming in chlorinated pools.

Vacations are back, and if you have a destination spot, like Disney, it may be time to consider a Disney Timeshare for your vacation accommodations. First take a look at timeshare resales, as they offer a great price and an affordable entry point into the timeshare marketplace.
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
