Everyone loves to be pampered and this year I have been a huge advocate for self care. I love room sprays, especially ones that are calming or have a sleep effect on the room in which is is sprayed. Ideal as a bed spray and will not stain pillows I have been spraying this on a night and find it really does help me relax. Last year was the first time I had tried, and subsequently recommended, Olverum. In fact, I love it that much I am recommending it again this year and since I am yet to use the last of the bottle I got over 12 months ago I think it is worth every penny! I like to keep it as a special treat and one bottle can last up to 25 baths, since I use the shower mainly this is something for me to look forward to on a night when the kids have been working themselves and I need a little extra help to chill out! Another favourite that I already use is Feather & Down, the masters of creating a good night sleep! With multiple gift sets available including everything from eye masks to pillow spray, travel essentials and roll on sleep enhancers there is bound to be something for everyone. The blend of relaxing oils used throughout their products creates a sense of calm.
