Lockdown has got us all wanting to be comfortable at home, even if we are working there is little point to getting dressed up everyday just to visit the dining room table or bedroom office! I know when I work from home I love to wear loungewear instead of pjs etc, it may be pretty much the same kind of thing but knowing I have dedicated outfits to lounge around in seems to make me feel a lot more relaxed.
I am working with Femme Luxe Finery on a review of some of their lounge wear pieces including joggers and t-shirts but I also picked out a dress that I can’t wait to wear when the restaurants and pubs reopen soon! What better colour than to make an entrance back into reality with than bright red!
First up is the Everleigh black oversized t shirt and legging loungewear set, priced at £13.99. I love this set as it is quite baggy so hides all the lumps and bumps, such a comfortable set to wear and warmer than I thought too. The leggings are not see through which is usually a problem with a larger bottom *cough*. I am a size 14/16 and the XL is true to size, it fits perfectly and is the ideal set for lounging around the house.
The Lola grey crew neck cropped loungewear set which is priced at £18.99 is a little more revealing so ideal for those warm days or body positive statements.
It isn’t like me to wear crop tops and joggers but I love this set so much! For some reason I feel so confident in it and the fabric is super soft so great for snuggles on the sofa with little ones. We are huge movie lovers so like to get cosy while watching a few of our favourites!
The Alissa black Sweet but Psycho print t-shirt. The majority of Femme Luxe Finery t-shirts are priced at just £5.99, perfect for wearing with jeans or long floaty skirts. I love wearing long summery skirts with a statement t-shirt and since lockdown has us all a little psycho this one is just perfect!
Last but certainly not least is the Angelica red belted bodycon midi dress. Priced at just £16.99 I think this is such a statement dress that will be perfect when the pubs etc reopen. Clinging to every inch, the low cut dress really does pack a punch and is skin tight so, with a contour body suit underneath it will really accentuate every curve. I love the tie detail around the waist as it cinches you in while also adding a little distraction detail if you dislike your tummy.
