The budget is one you definitely need to plan well. Like with most things, you will no doubt go over budget, yet when it comes to a renovation, going over budget can mean thousands. So, always make sure you work with contractors to completely plan every single step, knowing that if you do go over budget, it will only be slightly. You should also be looking for ways that you can save money, such as going for second hand items to fill your new rooms with.
