This year we have decided to make a list of places to go and things to do with the kids, with their input of course. Of course this involved getting lots of picky foods and everyone sitting around deciding on how to make our 2017 our year of adventures! We love watching adventure movies so this gave us a little bit of a heads up with how far we could take our travels in 2017! Unfortunately the kids had other ideas! lol
We came up with a top 7 list of things we really want to do this year (of course some of them were off the charts – touching a star is a little beyond our reach right now – literally!) This is of course a great way to get the kids to save up their pocket money too, the lure of going to the amusements and Cadbury World alone have them collecting pennies from around the house and squirreling them away in their moneyboxes!
Here is our top 10 list of Adventures we will have this year:
- Barbecue on the beach – this will of course involve spending copious amounts of time in and out of the water!
- Cadbury World – this will involve eating copious amounts of yummy chocolate! lol
- Camping – the girls have been asking to do this since last summer so we are going to do it in 2017!
- Legoland – everyone would like to visit here so we are entering all the competitions we can find to get free entry!
- Kids Festival – I know all of the kids would love a music festival its just finding one that is suitable for all of us. Any ideas appreciated!
- Day in London – We are hoping to combine this with the Legoland adventure. The kids have always wanted to go to London toy shops etc so think this would be a good idea just for one day!
- Amusement Park – Whether it be Alton Towers, Flamingo Land or somewhere else entirely this is yet to be decided (again, we are entering lots of competitions and keeping an eye out for discount vouchers!)
