Artis, the Latin word for “skill, method, technique,” recognized that the entire category of beauty tools was based on an “artist-applies-to-the-canvas” premise—someone applying product on someone/something else. How different is the experience when the artist is the canvas?
I was recently sent the Artis Valentine Glow Kit from the Elite Collection, which can help create the blushing glow of new love. The kit features two fan-favourite Elite brushes (Elite Oval 4 and Elite Oval 6), the Rose Gold Blush & Glow palette and rose gold compact.
The secret to the super soft brushes is the use of CosmeFibre, each bundle of fibres is packed with 3-10 times more fibres than their closest counterparts. The tips are tapered down to 3 microns which are not visible to the eye, giving the brushes the softest application ever.
The handles are ergonomically designed to be a delight to hold during use and are weight balanced, which helps enhance application and performance. I have tried lots of brushes with this design and none come close to the feel of the Artis oval brushes. Personally I love the design and overall feel of using them and will be adding more to my collection as I gradually replace my other brushes with more in this range.
