We love it when a Baker Ross box turns up and there is nothing like Christmas crafting with a box full of goodies! Head on over to the Christmas shop to see what you can make too! – there is baubles and snowmen, foam Santas to handmade presents and everything in between!
The girls loved making these gingerbread foam houses where you open the little door and behind it is a photograph, they have made them for the Christmas dinner table as place markers for everyone. Of course then they can be kept for next year and hung on the tree! They loved using all of the gummy stickers to make a gingerbread house with a little gingerbread resident!
As well as the houses there were foam Santas where you add different features and dress them with crowns, mustaches, mittens, boots and more that were to hang from the tree.
One of Evies favourite crafts was the finger print snowflakes. The foam flakes were blank with an outline and came with gem stickers and mini ink pads. There was an explanatory sheet that showed where to pop the finger prints and most of all I think Evie just liked getting messy, but this is a fabulous way of documenting how much the kids have grown over the years. Evies snowflake now hangs on the tree in pride of place and she had kept some to do each year so we can see how much her fingers grow!
There are lots of fabulous kits over on the Baker Ross craft site which will make beautiful little keepsakes and memories over the Christmas period!
XOXO
