If you follow my social media you would have seen that last weekend we had a trek around the North East visiting all of the TK Maxx and Homesense stores that we could find.
We thought we had 4 to visit (missing out the one in the centre of Newcastle because of the one way system) but it turns out there were two more within a stones throw of the Metro Centre. Since we were over that way it would be silly not to at least check them out.
We started on Friday night with a trip to Dragonville, then Saturday morning headed off to Team Valley, Metro Centre, Kingston Park, Fossway and Sunderland.
Both myself and my little sis have pieces out all year round and to find the start of the Halloween and Autumn decorations instore sent us into a frenzy. I think top of our wishlist are mugs, pumpkins and witch decor. I am in love with the pieces we picked up and have them on display already. Yes I know its only August but what the hell – they make me happy and its only me that sees them so they’re staying out all year!
So far my favourite piece I have managed to find is this cute little fella that looks like he is sucking his bottom lip! I mean, who couldn’t love that face – full of mischief!
With two deliveries a week and new stock coming in all the time I can see what I am going to be doing every weekend leading up to October.
Happy Hunting!
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
