We have all read about them, the pieces of velcro like plastic that get tangled in hair and take days to get out! Are they really as much trouble as they are made out to be?
In short – NO!
Obviously when we were first asked to review the Bunchems packs I was a little worried that with the girls having long hair we were in for a nightmare of a time but the truth couldnt have been more different! Unless they are rolling round on the floor with them (who does that anyway!) then there really is no reason for them to become stuck ANYWHERE they don’t need to be. The girls have spent many hours playing and making different shapes, animals, buildings and more without any trouble at all.
These little balls of velcro like material stick together so easy that little hands have no issue making the projects either which was a delight to watch as Amelia tends to get left on the outside watching as Evie has all the fun.
Included in the boxes are accessories like top hats, eye balls, tails and ears etc – this brings a whole new dimention to the projects and makes them little keepsakes – we still have the dino and tiger standing on the mantlepiece a week later and woe be tide anyone who wants to take them apart! lol
With over 400 pieces in a pack these will keep you busy for many hours and included in each pack is a step by step manual to guide you through making everything possible!
Personally i think the glow in the dark dino is my favourite – who could be scared of something with such a super cute smile and top hat!
Bunchems are available from all good toy stores

(Disclaimer: If they do get tangled in hair, a little conditioner and gentle teasing should remove the Bunchems, do not tug or pull as that might make them tangle more)
