Having tried all other options to help out my long suffering husband with hay fever relief we have been trialing the Serenz Allergy Relief dispenser.
Using only carbon dioxide to gently cleanse the nasal passages it relieves allergy symptoms of nasal congestion, itchy, runny noses and sneezing.
Usage is only for adults age 18-65 years and should not be used if pregnant or nursing (hubby is neither thankfully!) and found it simple to use and rather effective! With up to 40 uses in each canister this is a fabulous compact dispenser to carry round at all times.
After a little discomfort at first hubby reported that he felt clear headed and less stuffy, he realised that instead of holding his breath which he should breathe normally through his mouth while administering it (…this was the initial discomfort he had felt and said that all subsequent uses were pain free!)
With a simply key mechanism it was easy to operate and comes highly recommended as a medicine free alternative for hay fever relief. Serenz can currently be purchased via Weldricks Pharmacy and is priced at £17.90.
