At the moment the moment there seems to be a huge surge in Fairy Gardens, they have long been popular with grown ups making replica fairy gardens outdoors with miniature washing lines, little hidden homes and trinkets dotted around a flower patch to resemble a fairies home!
Now however there is a fabulous range of toys that can help children bring those fairy visitors around. We were kindly sent the Lilypad Garden from the My Fairy Garden collection by Interplay and I just knew straight away that Evie was going to love it!
Not only does it contain a little fairy but you also get a miniature frog and lilypads to float around the little moat.
A drop down drawbridge for the fairy to hide underneath the planter and an actual plant pot with drainage that holds real plants! So simple to put together as it comes in 3 pieces that simply stack on top of each other.
Evie loves tending her little garden while also playing with the toy aspect – it has given her a sense of helping too as we are busy working in the garden, she brings her ‘garden’ outside and potters around with it too to help!
A decent size for small hands and we have plans to make a little sunken pool with deck chair to go in the plant pot at the top too. A few little stepping stones and it will look like a real life Fairy Garden!
This is such a cute idea and I think my niece would love it, whether or not a plant would survive however is another story x
Eliza is heavily into fairies and fair gardens at the moment so she would love this
These are so cute! My little lady would love it x
