Cold season is coming up and with it the inevitable bugs flying around the house, no sooner does one person get rid then the next one falls! I am sure its not just my house that this happens in as I hear it time and time again, once its in the house its so hard to not pass it to each other.
There are of course preventative measures you can take, my best advice is stay indoors, order everything online and only see the outside world if absolutely necessary (oh and staying in your pjs is of course the best option!)
OH if only life were this simple!
Working with TalktoMums I have been given the opportunity to try Bassetts multivitamins for the whole family, age 3-6 for Amelia, 7-11 for Evie and Adult for me. We have been taking them religiously every morning for the past couple of weeks and it is now a habit that we are all still enjoying, the girls line up for theirs and I have mine with my morning coffee. I think routine is a great thing and did you know that if you do something for 28 days it becomes a habit and you are less likely to forget, you just do it automatically!
Although I can’t say that they will stave off the winter colds it is good to know that I am taking an active step to hopefully making us a little better prepared health wise to deal with anything thrown at us.
The great thing about Bassetts vitamins too is that there are no added sugars, natural flavours and natural colours PLUS the girls love the taste which is always the hardest part!
Have you heard of TalktoMums? Why not join up and get the chance to review and hand out samples to other mums too, why not get paid to do something we all love – chat and promote great products!
For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
