This year Easter is going to seem a little different for everyone, no egg hunts, no huge family gatherings sharing food around the table or outdoor picnics. There is no reason though we can’t celebrate in style and maybe choose something other than an egg to celebrate, how about skincare to pamper ourselves, toys to keep the little ones occupied or alcohol to keep the grown ups *sane?! *drink responsibly
Lately I have become a green fingered momma and I am loving all of the new babies my plants are producing. Normally I kill them off within a week of having them but wow something has changed and my green leaved friends are thriving! I recently adopted a ‘Pocket Money Plant’ also known as Ctenanthe Amagris from Root. This is named the pocket money plant because at only £3 it is ideal for young children to buy for mum. With attractive silver green, oval leaves and dramatic green herringbone pattern. It is often called the ‘Prayer Plant’ because the leaves are erect at night and flat throughout the day.
