By now you will know my kids are pretty crafty, they love any excuse to get out the paper and glue, stickers and pens etc. You can imaging their excitement at receiving themed kids from Oglee Poglee in both Superhero and Unicorn, guess who’s was who’s?!
These pocket money packs retail at £4 and are bursting with brightly coloured papers, cards, shapes, glitter, sparkles and even a rainbow crayon. The kits are aimed at both boys and girls ages 3 to 10 and are perfect for popping in front of them with some sheets of plain paper and a glue stick to give yourself 5 minutes peace!
No two bags are the same so you never know what you are going to get and there are no instructions, it is simply based on your own imagination of what you want to create. Kids love being given free reign to do whatever they want and i find it brings the girls a little more out of their shells when they know that they don’t have to follow instructions.
You can buy craft party kids too and additional items to go alongside the kits (+80p for a glue stick and £1.50 for a small tub of pva and glue spreader) There are lots of themes available too so something for everyone including, Woodland, Mermaid, Ocean, Space, Flowers, Pirate, Jungle, Dinosaur and Surprise. These would make a great treat to go alongside birthday gifts instead of the usual chocolate or sweets.
As long as you don’t mind the mess of everything being poured out and rummaged across the table then this is a great way to give the kids licence to be free with crafts which is what it should all be about.
