As you can imagine judging by this post last week about our new found love of BRIO you should know that Amelia was delighted to be gifted the Travel Station Set too!
The travel station set comprises of travel parking point with 3 spaces for cars or buses, this is numbered and has a ticket machine (printed sticker). Drop off your car and hop on the train to your destination, the circular route takes you over 2 bridges meaning you can use additional pieces (as we did) to take a track underneath the over pass.

The green trains that come with the set have front opening to allow the driver to take his seat and also space for passengers. The bus has space for passengers so that you can transport them all to the travel station and drop off for their travels, they are greeted by baggage collection staff who can help them on their way.

As with the Airport we were really pleased with how sturdy the pieces are and again very little to put together meaning less opportunity for lost parts – Amelia is a terror for taking things apart! The travel station comes as a complete piece that just needs the parking bays clipping into place and then the first piece of track at the other side which allows for two trains to part at one time.

Amelia loves that all of the trains and carriages, buses and cars etc all have magnets on the fronts and backs allowing them to be pulled along in any combination. This also brought about a conversation on how magnets work too since she couldn’t get them to connect one time and it was because of the positive and negative effect. I love that they are learning all the time through play!
Priced at £79.95 and available from BRIO
