Creating the perfect self-care regime doesn’t need to be expensive. To give you some fabulous starting points, try these free resources and ideas.
1. Read your favourite book
Reading is a fantastic self-care practice. Getting lost in a good book is an excellent way to relax and unwind. Studies show that reading has a positive effect on mental health, for both children and adults. There are so many ways to find joy in inexpensive everyday objects, whether it’s books, essential oils, or cozy blankets. With a little imagination, you’ll soon turn your home into a haven of self-care.
