Whether you are in a relationship, looking for love or happy being alone, good underwear is a necessity. I love wearing matching bra and briefs, something about it makes me feel like I have my sh*t together! Heck, I could be falling apart on the inside but as long as my knickers and boulder holder matches it feels empowering. Sexy underwear shouldn’t only be worn to please another person either, we need to learn to feel good in our own skin.
I was given the opportunity to chose some pieces from the Tutti Rouge website and my only issue was narrowing down what to choose! Spoilt for choice doesn’t even come close!
First up is my absolute favourite matching bra and brief set, Sarah. With a natural plunge cleavage and padded cups this bra gives an everyday sexy look without being over the top. It is extremely comfortable as it has gated back strapping detail and is all lace. The briefs are the signature Rougette lace and a great everyday shape (I am not a g-string girl so want something with a bit more coverage!) I am a huge lover of body suits, they can help smooth out lumps and bumps plus they look sexy as hell if worn with confidence! The Eva Body in garnet is sheer spot net combined with panels of strategically placed Rougette signature lace. The elastic under the bust gives support and uplift while the lace back panelling means no VPL! I found it was a very comfortable fit, the straps are wider than normal which meant they don’t dig into my shoulders. and the lace is super soft so not at all irritating. The little heart addition to the strap adjustments give it that sexy touch. Available in sizes S to 2XL priced at £24.00
Finally the pièce de résistance is this stunning 3 piece set – Esme! Featuring high leg sheer mesh body, lace bralette and delicate harness. These are 3 separate pieces which can be worn together or alone. I never tend to choose bralettes as they never offer much support but as these are made for a bigger bust they do the job perfectly. The bra matches the Sarah briefs from earlier too so a great matching set unintentionally! The only thing with this set I found is that you have to be really body confident to pull it off as there is no lace or panelling to hide behind. Overall, knowing I need to step out of my comfort zone these have given me a push in the right direction. I am learning to love my body and think self care should be more than just getting my nails done and 5 minutes in the bath, feeling sexy in my own skin is all part of the journey.
