150g White Chocolate
125g Unsalted Butter
150g Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Plain Flour
Pinch of Salt
120g Pecan Nuts
(instead of pecans i used a mix of brazils and walnuts)Preheat oven to 170 degrees c.Put the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Leave until melted and smooth.
Remove from the heat. Add th sugar and stir until well incorporated.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring briskly so that you don’t allow the eggs time to scramble.
