As the weather gets warmer the clothes get lighter! I can’t wait to put away all the jumpers and heavy coats in favour of more dresses, sandals and cardigans!
After having 4 boys it is fabulous to be dressing girls in the summer time, with boys it was always shorts and t shirts, with girls there are so many options but one style that I adore both the girls in are dresses! Thankfully they are both total girlie girls so are with me on this one!
After having a look around to see what styles and fashions are going to be big this summer we have settled on a few options which I hope will see the girls through both day and night, family BBQs and beach visits as well as days out etc. They of course have plenty of leggings and t-shirts for playing in the garden etc but when they aren’t rolling in the dirt they like to look pretty ( ..and mummy likes it too!)
How cute are these high tops! They will look fabulous with leggings but also with dresses and jeans – funky and original too!

I love little girls in dungarees, plain white t shirt underneath and little bunches, somehow makes me think of Little House on the Prairie!

These dresses are beautiful and have a vintage feel to them so teamed with the little tan ghillie sandals below would look amazing!

I adore this little dress, so formal yet such a fabulous summer colour and would look great teamed with a little denim jacket and high tops! The floral cagoule just screams shabby chic so is a must on our wishlist!

These little sandals are perfect for every outfit and Evie loves the fact they are covered in at the sides (don’t ask!) Of course though British weather being what it is we have opted for some spring looking wellies too!! haha

There are so many beautiful items out this summer, we haven’t even started on the accessories! That’s a whole other post!
