One of my biggest downfalls is not taking care of myself, I have breakouts because I neglect my skin, I am always running out of medication because the days seem to fly past and before i know it my prescriptions have ran out and my hair is more often 80% dry shampoo! Thank goodness for online chemists keeping my medicine box stocked as I am not sure I could manage without Ibuprofen on standby!
Moving to a new village has had its problems too, getting the children registered and enrolled at new schools, making sure they were sorted with their own routines and trying to minimise disruption to their lives (well as much as a split can be minimised!) Trying to get the house decorated and in order whilst working full time too there really is a point where you realise YOU are at the bottom of the care list!
I joined Slimming World again last week and got weighed today (3lb loss – go me!) so this has spurred me on to take better care of myself and since I have 2 days without the children coming up I have made a little list of 5 ways I am going to take care of ME!
Wish me luck and lets hope it all goes to plan!

For those who prefer a more traditional home-like experience when on vacation, a timeshare can make sense. If you’ve gotten many years of good use out of your timeshare and now want to get rid of it, a timeshare cancellation company like Timeshare Freedom Group or Lonestar transfer may be able to help.
