Dice the chicken, green beans, onion, pepper and tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan/paella pan and heat the onion and pepper until soft but not brown.
Add the chicken and garlic, cook or 7 mins.
Add the rice, tomatoes, tumeric and chicken stock. Cook for 12 minutes.
Stir now and again to ensure a good mix.
Add the green beans and cook for anoth 10 mins.Leave it to cook until almost all of the liquid has been absorbed, it wants to be wet but not soggy!
Serve with thick rustic bread and real butter 🙂YUMM!!
