Things never go to plan.
We planned to re-home 2 Bichon Frise.
A phone call put doubts in my mind whether they would be suitable.
Maybe we needed to rethink.
There is a re-homing shelter who’s page I stumbled across on Facebook.
We called ahead and they said they only had 2 dogs that were OK with children.
A lurcher and a lab.
They said it would be a busy day and they couldn’t guarantee they would even be there by the time we got there.
We decided to travel almost an hour to see them anyway.
It was love at first sight on all parts.
Poppy came home with us the following day.
She is almost 11.
Very overweight.
Just wants to be loved and lots of cuddles.
She fits in perfectly.
XOXO
