When I cook obviously I cook for a large family so this recipe will need breaking down depending on how many people you are feeding! The lamb is main cost and the cheaper the cut you use the better value it will be, I cooked this for 4+ hours and the meat was melt in the mouth. The longer you cook it the more tender it will be.
This is such a simple recipe and after the initial prep work its simply a case of putting it in the oven and leaving it, we added this as one of our meal plan dinners and loved it so much it will be making a regular appearance!
