If there’s one thing I love about Christmas dinner (ok, except the sprouts – sorry but they are a must!) is dessert! The rest of the year I am not really a sweet lover and I would rather skip dessert in favour of coffee and cheese but come Christmas time I am looking forward to my Christmas pudding and whipped cream after dinner on Christmas day.
It’s something I only eat once a year so when I do I need to know it’s going to be good, heck not just good it needs to be perfect!

Delicious moist round Christmas pudding full of rum cask cider soaked fruit, handmade in small batches. The cider we use is produced by a local cider maker, Tutts Clump Cider, who use a variety of eating, cooking and crab apples mainly from within West Berkshire, which has been fermented and matured in oak rum barrels. The pudding is then wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon.
